Our Policies


Core-Comfort.Com does not stock any items. We buy directly from the manufacturer, who only sells their products through dealers and distributors like us. We have an agreement that allows us to retail their products in our online stores. Techniche drop ships the product directly from their manufacturing facility in Vista, California to each customer.

We pay a fee of $6.50 per order plus any shipping charges for this service. I currently only charge $7.00 per item for shipping, which should be enough to cover my expenses.


If you need to return an item, please email us at support@core-comfort.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Include your order number, serial number on the product (if applicable), the reason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factory sealed. We will then email you the RA# and Returns Address. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Please note that orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Defective Items

TechNiche will guarantee their products to be free from defect and perform as intended. If for any reason you should get a defective item, send an email to our support staff and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-defective Items

We do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong color or size. We have this police due to the fact that our profit margin is too low absorb the cost of shipping out an item more than once. If you want to pay all the shipping to return the item and send a replacement, we can accommodate you.
